Email Safe Sender List


As one of our avid newsletter readers, we’d like to make sure you stay in the loop! Technology is a wonderful thing until the spam filters get slightly boisterous and block legitimate, information emails like ours from being delivered to your inbox's.

To make sure you receive the newsletter add us to your ‘Permitted Senders’ or ‘Safe’ email lists within your email accounts.

Email and Spam Filter Providers:

Hotmail/MSN (Back to Top)

  1. Open your main email inbox and Click on ‘Options’ link in the upper right hand corner
  2. At the top of the page Click on 'Junk E-mail Protection’ link
  3. Click on the ‘Safe List’ near the bottom of the page
  4. Copy and Paste into the box ‘Type and address or domain’ and Click ‘Add’
  5. Note: If you see in your Junk Folder, Click on the ‘Not Junk Mail’ button to avoid future emails going into your Junk Email Folder

Google Mail (Gmail) (Back to Top)

  1. Once you’ve opened your Gmail inbox Click the relevant email you have received from or Penny
  2. Click the ‘Not Spam’ button
  3. Next, Click on the little downward facing arrow next to ‘Reply’
  4. Click on the ‘Add to Contacts list’
  5. A yellow box will appear to say ‘ The sender has been added to your contacts list

Outlook 2003
Outlook 2003 (Back to Top)

Due to the growing number of Outlook platforms it is difficult to tell you how to receive all emails with images.

  1. Once opened Click on the ‘Tools’ menu and then ‘Options’
  2. Click on the tab ‘Preferences’ and then Click on the link ‘Junk E-Mail’
  3. Click on the tab ‘Safe Senders’ and then Click on the ‘Add’ button
  4. Type in and then Click ‘Ok’ twice to exit the Options dialog box

Outlook 2010 (or higher) (Back to Top)

  1. Click on the email from
  2. On the ‘Home’ tab Open ‘Delete Group’
  3. Click on the link for ‘Junk’ and then Click ‘Junk E-mail Options’
  4. Open the ‘Safe Senders’ tab and Click ‘Add’
  5. Type in and Click ‘OK’

AOL (Back to Top)

To make sure email gets delivered to your AOL inbox, you must add the email address or corporate domain of the sender to your ‘Address Book’ or ‘Custom Sender List’.

  1. Click the ‘Spam Controls’ link on the lower right side of your inbox screen.
  2. When the ‘Mail & Spam Controls’ box appears, Click the ‘Custom sender list’ link
  3. Choose the ‘Allow email from
  4. Type then Click ‘Add’
  5. Click ‘Save’

Yahoo (Back to Top)

  1. Check your ‘Yahoo! Bulk Folder’ if you find an email from in your folder, Open it and Click ‘Not Spam’
  2. Now create a Yahoo! Filter. Open you inbox Click on ‘Mail Options’
  3. Select ‘Filters’ from the bottom left hand corner
  4. On the Filters page Click ‘Add’
  5. Select the label ‘From header:’ and make sure ‘Contains’ is selected in the dropdown menu
  6. Select the Text Box and enter
  7. Click the ‘Choose Folder’ from the drop down menu and select ‘Inbox’
  8. Click the ‘Add Filter’ button again to save

Mozilla Thunderbird (Back to Top)

  1. Click the ‘Address Book’ button
  2. Make sure the ‘Personal Address Book’ is highlighted
  3. Click the ‘New Card’ button. This will launch a ‘New Card’ window that has 3 tabs: ‘Contact, Address and Other’
  4. Under the ‘Contact’ tab, Copy and Paste address, into the email dialogue box
  5. Click ‘OK

EarthLink (Back to Top)

With Earthlink, if you have SpamBlocker turned on, suspect messages are automatically send to your Suspect Email folder if the email address is not in your address book.

  1. Open your ‘Suspect Email’ folder and check to see if has been included
  2. Select the ‘Move to Inbox and Add Contact’ option from the drop down menu
  3. This should then automatically Add to your address book
  4. If isn’t in the ‘Suspect Email’ folder then open an email from us in your inbox
  5. Click ‘Add to Address Book’ in the email header
  6. Use the ‘Address Book Editor’ to verify our email address and Click ‘Save’
  7. Fill in as the email address of the sender

Apple Mail
Apple Mail OSX (Back to Top)

  1. If you receive an email from into your ‘Junk Mail Folder’, Open the email and Click ‘Not Junk’ at the top of the page
  2. In your Mail Inbox Click on ‘Preferences’
  3. Open up the ‘Rules’ tab
  4. Select ‘Add Rule’ and give this rule a name such as
  5. Create a rule that says ‘If any of the following conditions are met: From; Contains’ and then Paste in ‘
  6. From the ‘Actions’ tab, Select ‘Move message to mailbox Inbox’
  7. Click ‘OK’

Blackberry (Back to Top)

  1. Scroll up to the message header
  2. Get to the field where our name is listed, Click the ‘Berry button’ and then Click ‘Show Address’
  3. Select and Copy to the clipboard
  4. Go into ‘Address Book‘ and find
  5. Select ‘Save’

Norton AntiSpam (Back to Top)

  1. Open up the Norton AntiSpam software
  2. Click the ‘Status & Settings’ tab
  3. Click on the ‘AntiSpam’ button
  4. Click ‘Configure’
  5. Click on the ‘Allowed List’ tab
  6. Click ‘Add’
  7. In the 'Email Address' box, enter
  8. Click ‘OK’

Outlook 2003
McAfee Spamkiller (Back to Top)

  1. Open up the McAfee software
  2. Select ‘Friends’ from the McAfee SpamKiller sidebar
  3. Click ‘Add a friend’ button
  4. Make sure All users at a domain is selected under Friend type:
  5. Type 'in the Address bar
  6. Click ‘OK’
