What are Low Interest Credit Cards?

Maybe not as exciting as a long 0% purchase or balance transfer card, a low interest card offers a no-frills option at a lower standard rate of interest for purchases.

Low Interest Credit Cards is suitable for you if you don’t think you’ll be able to clear your balance within the introductory period of a 0% purchase or balance transfer card, and don’t want to keep transferring your balance. It might also be suitable if you occasionally don’t repay your full balance at the end of the month, but don’t want to go through the rigmarole of changing to a 0% purchase card every year.

This said, some low purchase rate credit cards also offer a 0% introductory purchase or balance transfer period, reward points or cashback as well. However, when selecting your card, be sure that the standard purchase rate remains your primary consideration
