The consumer awards showcase the very best financial sector products available to the public. The aim of the awards is to give the UK’s millions of customers a voice and a chance to reflect how they feel about the range of financial products available to them.
Combining honest customer feedback with the technically best products will reveal which provider is an 'all rounder'.
The winners of these awards will importantly prove that they combine technical merit with service excellence.
Consumer Moneyfacts Survey - now open
Each year we ask consumers to
complete our survey, giving us valuable feedback into the service that they
received from the companies that they entrust with their family, household and
personal finances. Last year over 94,000 of you got involved!
