Leeds Building Society has reduced the arrangement fee on its variable discounted mortgage by £250 to £999.

Offering a rate of 3.99% (2.00% discount) for two years and a maximum loan-to-value of 70%, this deal offers borrowers a good all round package.

This product has been awarded four out of five Moneyfacts stars.
