Rate reductions to Derbyshire Building Society's Online Personal Loan has seen the deal move to the top of the best buy tables with new rates of 7.2% and 7.6%, depending on the loan amount.

The basics…

The Online Personal Loan offers a rate of 7.2% to customers borrowing between £5,000 and £7,499 and 7.6% for £15,000 to £20,000.
Based on the new rate of 7.2%, those borrowing £5,000 over a three year period would pay £154.32 per month.

The rates are available to borrowers online only and are subject to customers' credit rating, term and amount borrowed.
