The face of independent financial advice is to change significantly next year, but Moneyfacts.co.uk wants to know which advisers are already excelling with their levels of service.

From 2013, the Financial Services Authority is to implement the Retail Distribution Review – known as the RDR – which it hopes will improve levels of service and ensure that advice is impartial.

We want to hear from customers about the levels of customer service they currently receive – don't worry, all responses will be treated anonymously.

Fill in a short form here telling us about your financial adviser and you'll be placed into a draw to win a £50 Amazon voucher.
