The Consumer Moneyfacts Survey gives financial services customers the chance to have their say about the services and products available to them, and the latest survey opens today. Want to get involved? You could win £1,000 if you do…!
The Consumer Moneyfacts Survey has been designed to highlight the best financial products around, and it also recognises the institutions that deliver a consistently high level of service to their customers. The winners can confidently say that they help the public make the most of their money – which means that, if you're looking for a provider that will meet your high standards, you'll want to look out for those that proudly display the Consumer Moneyfacts winners' logo.
Of course, it took the providers listed in the survey a lot to get this far. We've thoroughly researched the market by assessing providers and products on their individual technical merit, and from there, we've compiled a shortlist, and it's this shortlist that provides the basis of your feedback. It's this combination of honest customer feedback and technical merit that's used to reveal which provider is a true all-rounder in each of the 26 categories, so you can be truly confident when making a choice – and if you complete the survey, you can help others choose wisely, too!
The survey covers the family, household and personal finance spheres, with categories ranging from Car Insurance Provider and High Street Mortgage Provider of the Year to Best Claims Service and overall Best Customer Service provider. Quite simply, you'll be asked if you've had experience with any of the shortlisted providers, and if so, what your experience of them was – it's that simple!
We don't ask you to give something for nothing, though – everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three £1,000 prizes, so it could pay to give us your feedback! All you have to do to get started is click here. The survey closes on 20 November so you've got until then to make your voice heard, and after that, you'll need to wait with baited breath for the winners to be announced in January. Get on board!
