The latest Moneyfacts Consumer Survey is here to give you a chance to have your say about the financial services and products that you are familiar with. And you could win £1,000 by taking part!

The survey – helping you choose the best

The Moneyfacts Consumer Survey is designed to highlight not just the best financial products, but also to recognise the institutions that deliver a consistently high level of service to customers. The winners can confidently say that they help the public make the most of their money – which means that, if you're looking for a provider that will meet your high standards, you'll want to look out for those that proudly display the Moneyfacts Consumer winners' logo.

To make it easier to choose from the wide variety of providers and products out there, we've made a selection for you. By thoroughly researching the market and assessing providers and products on their individual technical merit, we've compiled a shortlist, which provides the basis for your feedback. The combination of your honest customer feedback and technical merit will be used to reveal which provider is truly superior in each of the 27 categories, so you can be confident when making a choice – and if you complete the survey, you will be helping others choose wisely, too!

Moneyfacts needs you!

The survey is divided into three parts, covering the family, household and personal finance spheres, with categories ranging from Car Insurance and Current Account Provider of the Year to Best Claims Service and overall Best Customer Service provider. If you choose to take part, you'll be asked if you've had experience with any of the shortlisted providers, and if so, what your experience of them was – it's that simple!

We don't ask you to give something for nothing, though – everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three £1,000 prizes, so it could pay to give us your feedback! Not only that, but you can be entered into the prize draw more than once, simply by completing more sections of the survey, up to a maximum of three entries into the draw per person.

So what are you waiting for? All you have to do to get started is click here. The survey closes on 18 November, so you've got until then to make your voice heard. Get on board!
