Nottingham BS has impressed with a new buy-to-let mortgage that should appeal to those with 25% equity.

The new Fixed Rate Mortgage is a three year deal that offers a rate of 5.29%, a maximum loan-to-value of 75% and a fee of £1,495.

Incentives of free valuation and free legal fees for those remortgaging add to the appeal of this product.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars are well deserved.
