Norwich & Peterborough BS has made a change for the better with the introduction of a range of three year discounted variable rate mortgage.

The lowest rate it has to offer of 2.95% is a market leader, with a reasonable fee of £695.

Although no incentives are available with this deal, you can pay a higher rate of 3.15% and fee of £795 and get a free valuation, a £200 rebate for house purchases and free legal fees for remortgages.
