Chelsea BS has reduced rates on fixed rate mortgage by 0.25%.

New Fixed Rate Mortgages: 4.69% to 28.2.15, maximum loan-to-value of 75%; 5.04% to 28.2.15, maximum loan-to-value of 80%.

Both accounts have a fee of £995 and incentives of free valuations. Free legal fees are offered for remortgages in Great Britain.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars have been awarded.
