ING Direct (UK) has re-introduced its two year discounted rate for remortgages to a terrific fanfare.

Priced at 2.85% for borrowers with a 30% deposit, this deal is amongst the best available in the remortgage market and should attract plenty of interest.

With no fee payable and an incentive package of free valuation and free legal fees, initial costs will be minimal.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars are well deserved.
