Mansfield BS has changed its discounted range of mortgage deals for the better.

Standing out from the crowd is a three year remortgage only deal which has seen its rate reduced by 0.30% to 3.29%.

This deal already boasts a free valuation, free legal fees and has no arrangement fee to pay, the perfect scenario for borrowers looking to move their mortgage.

With the reduction in rate only enhancing its appeal even further, the full five out of five Moneyfacts stars have been awarded.
