ING Direct's three year fixed rate mortgage to 80% loan-to-value deal has received a 0.50% cut in this latest review.

Priced at 3.99% to 30.9.14 it includes benefits of no arrangement fee and, for remortgages, free valuation and legal fees, and compares favourably with similar 'no fee' products.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars has been awarded.
