Melton Mowbray has added to its mortgage portfolio, with the launch of a market leading two year fixed deal.

It has a rate of 3.25% to 31.3.12, a maximum loan-to-value of 75% and a fee of £998.

The only downside is the lack on incentives on offer, which may deter some borrowers looking to keep set up costs to a minimum.

Nevertheless, this mortgage is well worth Best Buy status and four out of five Moneyfacts stars.
