Hinckley & Rugby BS has unveiled a new version of its two year discounted rate mortgage with the lower rate of 3.99%.

Now the lowest rated discount available for this term, the deal has the same features as its predecessor of a low £995 fee and maximum loan-to-value of 65%.

For borrowers looking for a discounted rate, with the necessary 35% deposit, this deal should hold a great appeal.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars are the apt reward.
