Mansfield Building Society has adjusted its buy-to-let mortgage range with two new discounted variable rate deals.

Standing out from the crowd is the two year offering priced at 3.99% (a discount of 1.20%).

Requiring a minimum deposit of 35%, it has a reasonable fee of £999.

Highly competitive within its given field, this deal earns four out of five Moneyfacts stars.
