Nationwide Building Society's latest four year deal offers a competitive rate of 3.49% to borrowers with deposits of 25% or more.

An arrangement fee of £499 applies to first-time buyers, whilst second-time buyers and those remortgaging are required to pay £999.

Repayment flexibility is also offered in the form of overpayments and underpayments.

This product features at the top of the four year fixed rate market and has been awarded four out of five Moneyfacts stars.
