Saffron BS has spiced up the two year variable tracker rate mortgage market with the launch of a new deal.

The rate of 3.99% is the best available over the term of two years at 85% loan to value.

What is more, there is also a reasonable fee of £995 and an incentive package for remortgages of free legal fees and a refund of valuation fees, up to a maximum of £500.

Sure to prove popular with borrowers with a limited deposit, this deal earns four out of five Moneyfacts stars.
