Manchester BS has returned to the buy-to-let market with a competitively priced three year fixed rate.

The product is for second time buyers and remortgages only. It has a rate of 5.99% for three years, a maximum loan-to-value of 70% and a fee of £999.

Although there are products with lower rates available at this LTV, they have higher percentage fees.

Along with its £999 fee, this deal is a much better product overall and well worth of Best Buy status and four out of five Moneyfacts stars.
