Furness BS has reduced the rate of its already red hot variable rate mortgage.

The Variable Tracker Rate Mortgage now offers a rate of 3.29% for five years and incentives of a £250 rebate for purchasers and free valuation for remortgagers. All other details are unchanged.

This products is the only five year tracker at 75% loan-to-value and this latest reduction, combined with the fact there is no fee and a host of incentive, mean five out of five Moneyfacts stars are well deserved.
