Woolwich from Barclays has launched a very competitive two year fixed rate mortgage.

Available to first and second time buyers only, the deal has a maximum loan-to-value of 70% and borrowing limits of £50,000 and £1 million.

Offering a good overall package, this mortgage also has no arrangement fee and a wealth of flexible features are offered including overpayments, underpayments and payment holidays.

This product has been awarded four out of five Moneyfacts stars.
