The Post Office has launched a new range of bonds which includes a two year fixed term product that pays a rate just below the market leaders.

The 2 Year Growth Bond offers a yearly rate of 3.70% on a minimum investment of £500.

No early access or further additions are permitted and, as such, investors will need to pay as much as they can in the account and be sure they can commit to the term.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars are well deserved.
