Santander has launched a new three year savings account that offers a great rate of 4.01% yearly (3.94% monthly).

The 3 Year Fixed Rate Bond matures on 1 March 2014 and requires a minimum investment of just £1. No early access or further additions are permitted.

The benefit of a competitive rate and low minimum investment mean this bond earns four out of five Moneyfacts stars.
