As part of its savings review, Buckinghamshire BS has extended its range of bonds with the launch of a 24 month option.

The 24 month Big Bucks Bond Issue 15 pays 3.30% yearly (3.25% monthly) and can be operated in branch and by post.

No earlier access is permitted but further additions can be made whilst the issue remains open. A minimum investment of £100 must be made.

The rate is guaranteed to be 1.94% below the mortgage standard variable rate. This may be an appealing alternative for investors wishing to tie up funds for a two year period.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars have been awarded.
