Barnsley BS has blasted away the competition with its new internet operated fixed rate ISA.

Paying 3.20% for one year, this ISA has a market leading rate for its term.

The account allows savers the flexibility to make additional investments and transfer in from another ISA while the issue remains open.

Early access to funds is also allowed on closure of the account and the loss of 120 days' interest.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars are well deserved.
