Chelsea BS has stormed up the ISA league with its latest savings review.

Now paying 3.70%, its Fixed Rate ISA and Fixed Rate E-ISA sit amongst the market leaders in the two year ISA market.

As is usually the case with fixed rate ISAs, early access to funds is only allowed on the closure of the account.

It will also incur a hefty penalty of 120 days' interest.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars are well deserved.
