Close Brothers Savings re-enters the savings market after a short absence with the launch of two new accounts.

The Select Gold 180 Day Notice Account pays 3.11% and is a market leading rate in its sector. The account is operated by post and telephone and allows no early access.

Further additions are permitted and investors must deposit a minimum of £10k.

The Select Gold Fixed Account pays 3.40% and sits within the top ten in its class. In common with many fixed bonds, no earlier access to funds is permitted.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars have been awarded.
