Coventry BS has re-entered the competitive fixed rate savings market in some style with the launch of a two year product that offers a cracking rate.

The 2 Year Fixed Rate Bond pays a rate of 3.70% yearly (3.64% monthly) on a minimum investment of just £1.

No early access is permitted, but additions can be made whilst the issue remains open or for seven days after the initial investment, whichever is longer.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars have been awarded.
