Leeds BS has unveiled the latest issue of its Five Year Fixed Rate ISA complete with a market leading rate of 4.60% yearly.

Sure to prove popular with investors wanting to fix their ISA funds or transfer previous year's savings for the long term, this cash ISA requires a minimum investment of only £1.

What's more, it offers the added advantage of allowing withdrawals of up to 25% of the investment without notice or loss of interest.

Further withdrawals, transferring out, or closure of the account will however cost you 180 days in lost interest.

A top rate and the flexibility of the withdrawal option sees this product earn four out of five Moneyfacts stars.
