Manchester BS has launched a new 45 day notice cash ISA that is premier in name and status.

Paying 2.86%, the Premier ISA sits within the top ten ISA products and offers the added advantage of accepting transfers in from other ISA providers.

The rate includes a bonus of 0.85% for 12 months, so a review of the account's competitiveness will be required when this expires.

Early access and transfers out are allowed on the loss of 45 days' interest.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars have been awarded.
