Monmouthshire BS has launched a new one year fixed rate bond that sits within the top quartile of products in its class.

The account offers a rate of 2.75% on a minimum investment of £2.5K, although early access is subject to closure and no additions are permitted.

While considered worthy of four out of five Moneyfacts stars, this bond is not included in our Best Buy tables as its minimum investment is relatively high.
