Newcastle BS has launched an instant access account to complement the recently launched Cash ISA version.

The competitive rate of 2.60% (2.35% monthly) paid by the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation Saver sits well within the top ten for no notice accounts without a bonus.

The minimum investment for the account is just £1 (maximum £250K)

The account should also appeal to those keen to support a charity, as it donates 0.10% of the average balance held in all Sir Bobby Robson Foundation Savers at the end of each month

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars have been awarded.
