Principality BS has unveiled a new issue of its E-ISA paying 2.80%.

The rate on the no notice internet operated cash ISA makes it the market leading variable rate ISA around.

However, savers will have to review the competitiveness of the account when the 1.00% bonus for 12 months expires.

A minimum investment of just £1 is required, while transfers in and out are permitted without penalty.

All in all a highly attractive cash ISA, this deal earns four out of five Moneyfacts stars.
