Here is our selection of the best Cash ISA rates currently available in the market.

Santander – Super Flexible ISA

This account pays:

  • 5.50% yearly but customers need to open a long term investment account with Santander to qualify. The rate is guaranteed to be at least 5.00% above base rate and with a minimum rate of 5.50%.
  • After twelve months the ISA transfers to a Flexible ISA paying the underlying rate (currently 0.50%).
  • Savers are required to make a minimum deposit of £1.
  • Funds can be accessed immediately without advance notice.
  • Transfers in are accepted.
  • The account is available to savers aged 18 and over and can be operated in branch, by telephone or online.

Halifax– Cash ISA Direct Reward

This Halifax ISA pays a rate of:

  • 2.80% yearly including an introductory bonus rate of 2.30% for twelve months.
  • Existing current account holders qualify for a rate of 3.00% including an introductory bonus of 2.50% for twelve months.
  • A minimum deposit of £1 is required. If balance drops below £1 the ISA Saver Direct rate will be paid (currently 0.50%) this also applies to terms after 12 months.]
  • Transfers in are accepted.
  • The account is available to savers aged 16 and over and can be operated by telephone or online .
  • Deposits can also be made in branches

Principality BS – e-ISA Issue 2

This ISA pays a rate of:

  • 2.80% yearly including an introductory bonus rate of 1.00% for twelve months.
  • A minimum deposit of £1 is required.
  • Transfers in are accepted.
  • The account is available to savers aged 16 and over and can be operated online only.
