Santander has introduced a new tier for its two year bond which will reward investors with more than £25K in savings.

Balances of £25K or more will now be paid a rate of 4.00% (3.93% monthly). No earlier access or additions are permitted.

The introduction of the £25K tier paying 4.00% on the two year bond moves it within the top five rates when compared against similar terms.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars have been awarded.
