Skipton Building Society has reviewed its fixed rate account range, with the one year product the pick of the bunch.

The Fixed Rate E-Bond now pays 3.40% yearly (3.35% monthly), and sits within the top five of the one year fixed rate market.

As with most fixed rates earlier access is not permitted.

Four out of five Moneyfacts stars have been awarded.
