A fixed rate bond review by Cheltenham & Gloucester has seen the rate on it two year bond increased by 0.30%.

The Fixed Rate Bond Issue 87 now pays 3.80% yearly (3.74% monthly) to 28 November 2013, and moves up to within the top five similar term bonds.

It also benefits from the fact that withdrawals are permitted on 120 days' loss of interest.
