Whiteaway Laidlaw Bank has made a welcome addition to its savings portfolio with a new 35 Day Notice account.

It is a branch and postal operated account paying a yearly rate of 3.31% on a minimum investment of £1K. Further additions are permitted, although no early access is permitted.

Four withdrawals are permitted per calendar year and there is a maximum investment of £50K.

At 3.31%, it is a market leading rate for what is a reasonably straight forward account.

This new notice account has been awarded four out of five Moneyfacts stars.
