Yorkshire Bank has made its 95% loan-to-value mortgage even more attractive by reducing its interest rate.

The Fixed Rate Mortgage for first time buyers offers a rate of 5.99% and offers an incentive package of free valuation and no fees.

The changes make it a leading product, and borrowers can bring the rate down even more if they manage to save up for a 10% deposit.
