Category: Loans
Date: 14/09/2017

AA has reduced the APR on personal loans between £7,500 and £15,000 by 0.3%. This has made the loan competitive enough to earn a place in the Best Buy charts, as well as a high rating.

The basics…

A personal loan of £7,500 to £15,000 over a term of one to five years now has an APR of 3.0%, one of the lowest rates available in this sector of the market.

The finer details…

Example monthly repayments: £7,500 over five years = £134.63.

Applications must be made online. Borrowers must be at least 21 years old with a minimum annual income of £12,000 to apply, and must have been a UK resident for at least three years. They should remember that rates are representative and dependent on their credit rating.

It should be noted that the loan is provided through the Bank of Ireland UK.

Why we like it…

This personal loan has earned a position in the chart for its tier thanks to its highly competitive APR, earning it a high rating in the process and making it an appealing choice for mid-tier borrowers.
