Offshore savings Date:
Kleinwort Benson (CI) Ltd has reviewed rates across its range of variable rate offshore accounts.
The Sterling 189 Day Notice Account now pays up to 1.75% yearly to savers with a minimum of £100,000 to invest.
Further additions are allowed and earlier access to funds is only at the bank's discretion, so investors must consider whether they can lock away the minimum investment for the notice period.
The account can be opened in branch and by post and can then be operated via the same channels, as well as by phone.
This account is also available in Euro and US Dollar versions.
Paying a good rate, this is a competitive deal for investors happy with the high minimum investment.
Four Moneyfacts Stars have been awarded.
