Leeds Building Society has amended the rates of selected savings deals, earning three fixed rate ISAs places among the top 10 of their respective sectors.

The basics…

5 Year Fixed Rate ISA Issue 42 is the most competitive offer with a yearly rate of 2.30% until 1.3.20, earning it a firm place among the top five of its sector.

Meanwhile, the one-year equivalent (issue 67) has a competitive rate of 1.50% until 29.2.16 and the two-year variant has a rate of 1.75% per annum until 28.2.17, earning both ISAs comfortable places among the Moneyfacts best buys.

The finer details…

These accounts can be opened in branch, by post or online and then managed by post or in branch. A minimum investment of just £100 is needed.

Further additions can be made while the issues remain open and it is also possible to have penalty-free access to up to 25% of invested funds prior to maturity. Withdrawals above this amount will then be subject to a 60-day loss of interest penalty.

Why we like them…

All of these ISAs boast competitive top 10 rates, which will appeal to savers eager to make a decent return on their money. Investors are also likely to welcome the flexibility of these accounts, which allow both further additions and withdrawals of up to 25% of invested funds penalty-free.

Four Moneyfacts Stars have been awarded.
