Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2020 Results

At last, the customers have spoken, and we are delighted to announce that the winners of the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards are in!

Those taking away the top prizes, as well as the runner up ratings of Highly Commended and Commended, were revealed last night at an exclusive awards ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster hotel in London. Professionals from across the industry gathered to hear who had walked away with the much-coveted Moneyfacts consumer awards covering 30 financial services categories, including mortgages, banking and insurance amongst others.

The Moneyfacts Consumer Awards are known throughout the financial sector for their unique combination of independent expert analysis and comprehensive survey results from nearly two hundred thousand customers – three of whom won £1,000 in our prize survey. Many congratulations to them and last night’s lucky winners.
