Millions of financial services customers across the UK will have the opportunity to declare how they feel about the services and products they have experience with, as the Moneyfacts Consumer Survey opens today and runs until 15 November 2019.

The Moneyfacts Consumer Survey is designed to highlight not just the best financial products, but also to recognise the institutions that deliver a consistently high level of customer service.

Consumers can participate in the survey here.

By taking part in the survey, each respondent will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win one of three £1,000 prizes.

Moneyfacts has researched the market by assessing providers and products on their technical merit, which has provided the shortlist that will form the basis for consumer feedback.

Michelle Monck, Head of Digital at, said “Most of us have dealings with financial products such as bank accounts, credit cards and insurances on a regular basis and we’ve all probably had a mix of excellent, good and sadly bad experiences".

“As one of the biggest surveys of its kind, our Moneyfacts Consumer Survey provides customers with a platform to share their opinions on the technically best financial products and services in the market. Huge congratulations to those shortlisted; I am sure they will be delighted with their achievements so far.”

The winners will be announced on 29 January 2020 at a ceremony that will take place at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel. View the full list of nominees or visit the Moneyfacts Consumer Survey page to learn more.
