It's once again time to give your views on the financial services sector, for a chance to win £1,000. From now until 16 November, this year's Moneyfacts Consumer Survey is open.
Your answers not only bring you closer to winning some extra cash, but also help inform the outcome of the 2019 Moneyfacts Consumer Awards. These awards highlight the best financial products and recognise those institutions that deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
"Choosing financial products and dealing with the respective companies can often be a difficult process," commented Jayms Brooks, senior digital marketing manager at Moneyfacts. "However, sometimes we find a provider that goes above and beyond the call of duty to make our experience a positive one. This is why it is so vitally important for customers to have their say, ensuring those who offer a hassle-free experience shine through."
After assessing the market, looking at those providers and products with the highest technical merit, Moneyfacts experts have created a comprehensive shortlist. This will provide the basis for your feedback, leaving you with the simple task of recounting your experience with these firms, if you've had any.
"The Moneyfacts Consumer Survey is one of the largest of its kind, giving people the opportunity to share their thoughts and opinions on the technically best financial products and services in the market," added Jayms. So, even if you're not interested in entering the prize draw, your answers could help other people find the right products, from those companies you deem trustworthy, and stay away from those providers you've had bad experiences with in the past.
The winners of the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards will be announced on 23 January 2019 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Before then, you still have a month and a half to take part in the consumer survey. Simply click here for your chance to win one of three £1,000 prizes.
If you're looking for a financial services company in the meantime, you may want to have a look at the awards finalists below. "Congratulations to all of those shortlisted; they should be proud of their achievements so far," Jayms concluded.
