TopCashback won Cashback Site of the Year 2021 at the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards last month. This was the firm’s third year in a row receiving this accolade.
Analysts at Moneyfacts reviewed the offerings of a number of cashback sites to create a shortlist. These then went forward to a public vote to decide the winners, highly commended and commended brands.
Michelle Monck, Head of Digital, Moneyfacts.co.uk, said “TopCashback consistently offered access to an extensive number of retailers with high cashback amounts. This is its third win in a row, proving it has a winning formula for driving great cashback deals.”
A spokesperson at TopCashBack said: “We are incredibly proud to have won the Moneyfacts Cashback Site of the Year award for three consecutive years. It is a fantastic achievement and a tribute to the TopCashback team’s hard work.
“Despite a challenging year for all, our goals have remained the same – to save our members the most money possible, be the most generous cashback site we can be and always put fair play at the forefront of everything we do.
“With the introduction this year of our browser extension and Energy Compare Tool, we hope to make saving money even easier for our members.
We are delighted that these efforts have been recognised by both the public and experts and are dedicated to continuously providing award-winning service for years to come!”
TopCashback was founded in 2005 by Mike Tomkins and Olly Ragg with the intention to save its members as much money as possible. In just two years, the firm had reached more than 10,000 members. The success of TopCashback continued and by 2011 it had more than 1 million members. This was also the year it launched its American TopCashback website. In 2012, this was followed by launching in India and by 2019 membership had reached 15 million people worldwide. Much of the company’s success is due to its hard-working team and commitment to its principles of fair play and trying to do the right thing.
The cashback site has saved its members more than £600 million over the last 16 years.
