The expertise of the Moneyfacts team is regularly in demand with journalists and media outlets across the financial services and national spectrum. Here's a quick overview of some of the places we've been in the news recently:

  • Both the FT Adviser and This is Money have reported on finance expert Charlotte Nelson's finding that mortgage fees have increased on average to their highest level in more than five years.
  • The Telegraph asked finance expert Rachel Springall to look into the few cash Lifetime ISAs on the market, as a third deal was recently launched. Spoiler alert: the new LISA beats the competition, but only just. A similar story can be found in the Mirror.
  • In other savings news, Your Money used Moneyfacts figures to talk about the welcome increase in the average one-year bond, with the top one-year bond currently paying 2.05% according to our Best Buys (and you can get a rate of 2.25% if you're willing to set your funds aside for just six more months).
